Hazelwood Local and Hazelwood Brew House were thrilled to bring back the popular Hazelwood Hands-On event, continuing our fermentation series with a focus on food sovereignty and sustainable food practices. We welcomed back Trevor Ring from Community Cultures, who led an interactive workshop on how to make kombucha and wild soda. Participants enjoyed hands-on learning, sampled a variety of fermented beverages, and left with their very own kombucha mother and a jar of soda to ferment at home.
