Hazelwood Local, in partnership with Row House Cinemas, concluded the Movie Night on the Lawn series with a screening of the animated film The Wild Robot. To enhance the evening, we teamed up with CMU’s Robotics Department to offer interactive pre-show activities. Families and kids enjoyed hands-on fun with LEGO robots, robot games, an RC rover navigating a mini terrain course, bio-polymer gel sculpting, and even a visit from CMU’s robot dog, Husky! Attendees also enjoyed free popcorn and a variety of sweet and refreshing treats from new favorite vendor, The Sweet Suite.
